Silver Nano Paste in Printed Electronics

Silver Nano Paste is made of silver nanoparticles, which are uniformly dispersed in polar or non-polar solvent with high solid content. having. It has low viscosity for ink jet application with superior jetting performance and excellent ink stability for long term storage. The silver paste can be well applied to conventional and new printing methods such as silk screen, gravure, flexography, and micro-contact printing methods. Printed fine electrodes offer bulk silver conductivity even at low temperature curing conditions, which is essential for printed electronics. Nano silver particle offers excellent fine patterning with superior process capability, wide range of curing temperature for plastics & glass and demonstrates good adhesion to plastic and glass substrates. Conductivity is as low as bulk silver and offers high conductivity even in micron scale patterned electrode with low production cost. It can be used for conventional & cutting-edge printing technologies such as silk-screen, gravure, off-set, microcontact printing, etc. Silver nano paste finds wide application in Plasma Display Panel Electrodes, Radio Frequency Identification, Flexible Printed Circuit Board, electromagnetic interference, Solar Cell, other Flexible Display and Printed Electronics.
Ag/Pd Sol,Ag paste Ag/Pd sol is used in numerous applications such as EMI shielding, low reflection and anti-static functions by transparent conductive material coating on Cathode-Ray Tube and in various applications where this material has to meet the excellent conductivity properties. Currently, they are used as MLCC and main material in electronic products. Ultra-fine Ag/Pd nano particle of size from 5 to 10nm, has excellent dispersion, uniformity in function & performance, excellent transparence & conductivity and available as dispersed in water & alcohol media.
