Microelectronic-grade carbon nanotube coating

Brewer Science has produced and made available the first commercial microelectronic-grade carbon nanotube coating. This break-through technology for the refinement of the carbon nanotube material has enabled the removal of metallic and carbonaceous contaminants. The coating can be easily applied by spin, spray, micro-dispensing or ink-jet printing. Carbon nanotube coatings with controlled densities of 0.09, 0.8 and 4 k ohm films are available. Wide verities of applications include microelectronics-grade CNT coating for NRAM field of uses, Non-volatile, highly scalable, fast memory for stand-alone, embedded, or application specific designs, Logic Bio-sensor, Chemical detection sensor and IR detector and in the area of Display, printing circuit etc.
