Nano materials are available as developed and as manufactured or processed materials. Controlled manipulation or visualization of atoms is done with the help of nano tools and equipments. There is certainly overlap between advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology and nanotechnology. These overlapping segments are referred to as evolutionary nanotechnology. New technologies and materials, such as extreme ultra violet lithography (EUVL), nano imprint lithography (NIL), carbon nanotubes, (CNT) and nano wires, are referred to as revolutionary nanotechnology. Both are critical to the future growth of the electronics industry.
